About the Role
The Company is looking for an exceptional VP of Demand Generation with extensive expertise in B2B performance marketing, especially within mid-market and enterprise sales frameworks. This pivotal role focuses on driving significant pipeline, revenue, and EBITDA growth through innovative marketing strategies such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM), comprehensive digital tactics, and AI-enhanced marketing solutions.
We seek a proactive, data-driven leader who can serve as a reliable advisor to C-suite executives and navigate the complexities of long-cycle B2B sales environments. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading initiatives to enhance demand generation, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in sales, customer success, product development, data, technology, and finance.
Conducting marketing due diligence for prospective investments.
Empowering marketing enablement across the portfolio to drive growth.
Creating and nurturing a robust marketing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, a strong track record of increasing revenue and profitability, and a keen understanding of the interplay between marketing and varying sales strategies. Effective candidates will be analytical, operationally focused, and able to lead and influence diverse teams effectively.
