You will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing improvements, and overseeing critical systems to ensure they meet organizational standards. Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments. Perform essential system upgrades, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery testing. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, operating systems, and applications. Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices. Lead the implementation of innovative technologies, tools, and system integrations to boost efficiency and scalability. Act as an escalation point for intricate issues, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Create and establish standards, best practices, and comprehensive documentation to foster consistency and knowledge sharing. Encourage collaboration within the IT team and across different business functions, balancing individual contributions with collective outcomes. Provide valuable input into resource planning, workload management, and the professional development of team members. Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction. Contribute actively to IT roadmaps, capacity planning, and technology refresh strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert in systems architecture during project planning and implementation. Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, with direct involvement in supporting enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce processes and integration capabilities. Proficiency in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds is a plus. Proven track record in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system and integration issues. Demonstrated experience in managing system upgrades, configuration changes, and data security controls. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
