Up to 60% At PwC, our deals team focuses on providing strategic advice to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We assist clients through complex transactions to maximize value in their business deals. As part of our team, you will offer clients strategic insights, analyze market trends, and help them navigate business opportunities. Your role will include developing frameworks to guide informed decision-making in deal processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and crafting strategies for maximum value. You will be instrumental in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will inspire and develop others, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. You will coach team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations. With your knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that align with our Firm's success while leading with integrity and promoting innovation. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and cultivate the development of team members for optimal outcomes. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Drive strategic initiatives that align with client goals. Identify and implement innovative solutions for client challenges. Efficiently manage timelines and project deliverables. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational finance roles. What Sets You Apart: Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred. Preferred certifications: CPA, CFA, CTP, Lean/Six Sigma. Experience leading complex engagements throughout the deal lifecycle. Ability to guide teams through analysis and strategic recommendations. Proficient in managing client relationships and monitoring progress. Skilled in designing actionable improvement strategies for clients. Expertise in developing team capabilities and thought leadership. Ability to track and analyze industry trends impacting working capital management. Support in business development and proposal initiatives. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, reflecting the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
