Temporary Job Description: Payroll management and reconciliation for central Dean's office at McCormick, including processing of payroll journals, add pay submissions, and position funding updates in myHR Admin system. May be asked to review & format spreadsheets, financial reports, and SmartSheet tracking systems. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, customer service-oriented, one to two years of bookkeeping or financial experience required, Excel and financial reporting familiarity. Qualifications Required: A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience; Strong writing skills; High level of organizational skills and attention to detail; Diligent and can work independently; Experience working with confidential information; Professionalism; Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment. Software Required: MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
