MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS start-up to recruit an Enterprise Sales Executive. This opportunity is ideal for an Enterprise Sales Executive who thrives in a small, dynamic environment where they can take full ownership, bring structure, and build something from the ground up. You will run your segment of the market as if it were your own business. We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive who has already experienced the pace and ambiguity of a start-up, ideally contributing to a significant revenue jump. If you thrive on building processes, creating your own pipeline, and closing deals in an environment where things move daily, this role is built for you.

Essential Skills & Criteria

Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment (or a role with genuine start-up characteristics).

3+ years' sales experience, ideally in SaaS or software solutions.

Experience selling into finance, fintech, or e-commerce markets.

Strong background in full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.

Ability to build and manage your own pipeline and segment of the market.

Comfortable operating with high autonomy, creating structure, and adapting to daily changes.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret technical/product documentation.

Enthusiasm for start-ups, growth environments, and problem-solving across moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue through full-cycle SaaS sales with a strong focus on new business.

Build and nurture relationships with clients across fintech, e-commerce, and regulated markets.

Own your territory/segment, creating your own pipeline from scratch.

Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technical).

Act as a key contributor to building structure, process, and repeatable sales frameworks. Play a central role in shaping the commercial function as the company grows.

Maintain accountability for targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
