
Overview
We’re seeking an Account Manager to join Overtime. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands, and their media and marketing partners.
This role will be based in NYC and will require this individual to come into the office 3x a week.

Overtime owns and operates, OTE and OT Select in basketball, OT7 in football and OTX in boxing, and leverages digital-first content across its network of accounts engaging its community of nearly 100 million fans and followers. What you’ll do
Develop and manage relationships w/ key clients and agency partners
Perform research on prospective clients and current clients
Create proposals, presentations, and assist in responding to RFPs and Proactive opportunities
Execute and manage campaigns from start to finish – content production, leading client/internal communications, reporting/delivery, and post-campaign tasks (wrap decks/reports, billing, analytics, post mortems, etc)
Be able to maintain effective communication across internal departments and externally
Stay abreast on industry trends and best practices including branded content, social media, and new product offerings
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, client services, marketing, digital media or similar
2+ years of media/account management experience
Superior organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and PPT or Apple programs such as Keynote
Pleasant personality and fosters team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels, both internal and external
Attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deal with deadline pressure
Self-starter with ability to follow through without supervision
Able to prioritize competing requests and manage busy schedules
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $70k-77k annually. Overtime also offers health benefits, flexible vacation time and equity in the company.
