
Summary:
Meta is on the lookout for a passionate and relationship-driven Strategic Client Partner who excels in strategic planning, operational excellence, and impactful execution. In this role with Meta's Global Business Group, you will be the key relationship driver for our top-tier advertisers, building trust through expertise in our platform and a deep understanding of our clients' businesses. You will focus on nurturing vital internal and external cross-functional relationships—including marketing, analytics, engineering, and product—to ensure our clients achieve significant success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic account plans to drive significant investment growth.
Build strong executive relationships externally and foster collaboration across various internal teams.
Identify and pursue new business growth opportunities.
Manage complex client workstreams from start to finish, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
Act as the primary escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
Travel as required.
Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or strategic consulting roles.
3+ years of experience serving as a trusted adviser to executives and clients.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively regarding the progress of strategic initiatives to stakeholders, with a capacity to incorporate feedback and adjust plans as necessary.
Demonstrated success in storytelling through data visualization and developing actionable insights to influence key business decisions.
Extensive experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and data science.
Strong understanding of the client's industry, competition, and marketing objectives, and the ability to define success metrics for partnership goals.
Adept at mastering Meta's products and seamlessly connecting them with our clients' needs.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Meta's complete range of advertising solutions.
Experience working with Product teams to enhance product features and functionalities.
