Overview
Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard‑working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team.
Training Program You will enroll in our 12‑month sales training program. It includes field‑based and classroom training. Classroom courses at Reynolds University cover dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. Field training involves working with a Sales Mentor, observing the sales process, and assisting on calls. You will also travel with customer service and installation teams to enhance product knowledge. During the 12 months of training you will travel 80‑100% of the time, with overnight hotel stays.
Post‑Training Role Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory, with relocation assistance by the company, and become a Sales Professional. You will achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling an assigned set of Reynolds products and services, targeting the automotive industry. You will sell to both new and existing customers within your territory.
Responsibilities • Enroll in and complete the 12‑month sales training program including classroom and field training.
• Observe sales process and assist Sales Mentor on calls.
• Travel 80‑100% during training, including overnight hotel stays.
• Relocate to an assigned territory and achieve monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years
Bachelor’s degree
Good time management skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel (overnight) 80‑100% during training
Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program
