As a bilingual agent (hablo Inglés y Español) and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, I’ve built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isn’t something that happens overnight—it’s a journey built on helping others, something I’m deeply passionate about. Being a Legacy Agent (my parents are also State Farm Agents), this career is more than a job—it’s part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexa Santana - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Compensation $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
