Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to explain AT&T products and services Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial inquiry to service activation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Participate in daily training sessions to build product knowledge and professional skills Provide a positive, solution-focused customer experience Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required 0–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment Work Environment
