Professional Customer Service and Sales Associate

The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team is committed to providing an outstanding experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. Our team is involved in every aspect of the Pro customer journey, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, safe loading, and expert product recommendations tailored to individual needs. As a member of the Pro Customer Service/Sales Team, you will: Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales through comprehensive product knowledge, loyalty programs, and customized recommendations. Provide exceptional service that addresses unique project requirements. Meet monthly sales goals and key performance metrics. Assist at the Pro Desk, manage loading and deliveries, and share specialized knowledge about products, particularly in paint. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Resolve delivery challenges and communicate the benefits of Home Depot over competitors. Monitor inventory and execute various sales initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
