Should have strong experience leading technical teams to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives. Ability to build a strong team in remote conditions Should have the ability to identify and select the right talent Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately trained and mentored to deliver the services Act as a key Contributor to the Capgemini PLM Delivery Execution framework Assess Customer Opportunity regarding feasibility, value, and risks Contribute as a Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes Challenge customer business processes regarding value creation and business transformation Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DExperience Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope Support Consultants and architects Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing and mentoring junior talent.
Technical Skills: Experience handling large-scale 3DExperience programs is desirable. Business process discovery (for 3DX implementation). Development of specific domain of PLM from scratch (Note: Existing processes are suboptimal. Need new process definition) EBOM, CAD management,
Change management, Sourcing, MBOM, Configuration management (Marketing / Engineering / Manufacturing) 3DX hands-on knowledge required. Need to work independently in a client landscape and have good judgment. Experience in Agile development, especially on Agile SAFe. Experience in Analyzing business processes and business requirements Exposure to Cloud technologies, DevOps
