A major law firm in Atlanta is seeking a
Senior Real Estate Paralegal
to support its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is a
high-level role
where paralegals function much like associate attorneys, handling complex transactions from due diligence through closing. Responsibilities
Draft and review transactional documents for complex commercial real estate matters
Lead title and survey review, including identifying issues and coordinating curative work
Manage all aspects of high-value CRE closings, including preparation and organization of closing sets
Review, summarize, and organize due diligence materials and title documentation
Maintain billable time in accordance with firm requirements
Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients on fast-paced, high-stakes transactions
Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with
complex CRE matters
required; Big Law experience strongly preferred
Strong drafting skills and comfort handling matters independently
Deep knowledge of title and survey review
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate a plus
Ability to manage demanding deadlines and work extended hours as needed
Compensation:
$140,000 per year
