Coordinate real estate closings. Meet critical deadlines related to real estate closings. Take initiative, manage and maintain residential and commercial real estate purchase and sale files. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for attorneys. Draft legal and closing documents, correspondence, with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, vendors, title companies, and other parties via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Requirements
Proven experience as a real estate paralegal or in a similar role within a law office environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Works well under pressure and in a high paced environment. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Location: On site, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30
