Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Electric Utility Business Manager, is responsible for performing skilled work involving the collection and disposition of customer utility accounts and providing general customer service to Jefferson Utilities’ account holders.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of customer service, cashiering, and telephone experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
