Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in development of Customer Experience services with +20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are looking for a Campaign Strategist. Responsibilities

Support the definition of the broader Marketing Automation strategy by proposing key initiatives and evaluating their impact. Manage and execute the email marketing strategy as well as other native and/or owned channels. Manage personalized campaigns, coordinating with the rest of the team. Plan the various tasks involved in launching a communication, identifying the stakeholders at each stage. Liaise with other teams to carry out tasks among the different users involved in launching a campaign. Monitor campaign launches to ensure contact and campaign quality, as well as analyze results. Ensure the quality of promotional content. Validate the communication’s creative materials for clients, proposing improvements. Create and automate journeys. Implement the different automated actions and triggers through the corresponding application and required channels. Experience in the strategic definition of Marketing Automation. Proven experience in creating unique, high-impact marketing campaigns. Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role. Familiarity with relevant automation and performance-evaluation software. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua). Ability to manage marketing-specific projects. Ability to leverage collaboration to produce well-crafted content. Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus. What do We offer
