The Digital and Social Media Manager will manage social platforms, create content, and engage audiences across Teton Ridge’s portfolio. The role requires fluency in social media, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to capture and edit content in real time during live events. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute platform‑specific social strategies Write, schedule, and publish high‑volume posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X Stay current on trends and best practices Plan and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules Engage audiences to foster connection and brand affinity Content Creation & Production Capture social‑first photo and video content at live events Edit short‑form vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts Support real‑time coverage during nights and weekends Create or modify graphic templates using Photoshop or similar tools Digital Content & Copywriting Write and edit copy for web, email newsletters, and digital campaigns Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging Performance & Optimization Monitor content performance and KPIs (engagement, growth, reach) Track audience sentiment and optimize content accordingly Candidate Requirements
