If you’re ready for the challenge of providing life-saving care or supporting those who do, read on to find your fit in the Phelps Health family.**General Summary*** The digital marketing coordinator will support Phelps Health’s marketing team to improve and analyze engagement across multiple digital platforms.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage and monitor digital marketing budgets and ad spend.* Support Google Ads efforts, including keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, account structure, and performance tracking.* Assist in maintaining website accuracy through content updates aligned with organizational and marketing priorities.* Conduct SEO audits, monitor search performance, and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.* Identify and implement opportunities to optimize campaign performance, user experience, and engagement across digital and social channels.* Monitor digital, social media, and healthcare marketing trends, including competitor activity, to guide strategic recommendations.* Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, paid social campaigns, and short-form video creation.* Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance reports.**Education*** Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related field of study required.**Work Experience*** 2 years of experience in marketing required* Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred; willingness to obtain certifications within the first 30 days is acceptable.* Demonstrated expertise in SEO optimization and digital marketing analytics tools.* Creative self-starter able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.**Certification/License*** Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred. Ability and willingness to obtain certifications within first thirty days also is acceptable**Mental/Physical Requirements*** Ability to concentrate, pay close attention to detail and perform duties under time restrictions, Considerable mental concentration on variable projects.
