REPORTS TO: TENx10 Marketing Project Manager
Brief Description: The TENx10 Collaboration is a national discipleship movement with the mission to make faith matter more for ten million young people over ten years. We are a fast-moving, creative, energetic, remote team that works across denominational, racial, and cultural lines to elevate relational discipleship radically focused on Jesus and transform the ecosystem of Christianity in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels, collaborating closely with the TENx10 Director of Marketing and Communications.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans across digital, traditional, events, and other channels.
Define project goals, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project scope, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—events, design, resources, social media—to drive successful campaigns.
Coordinate with senior leadership to align project and campaign goals with overall TENx10 strategy.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture while guiding team members to meet deadlines and achieve milestones.
Oversee day‑to‑day execution of marketing projects from conception to implementation.
Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives meet TENx10's quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed.
Stay informed on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices, recommending new approaches for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and third‑party partners, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery.
Manage partner relationships to meet their needs and exceed expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Organize and maintain design files for easy access and future revisions.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Passion for TENx10's mission; church ministry or youth ministry knowledge and experience preferred.
Proficient with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Monday, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
Experience managing content on Webflow, WordPress, or Squarespace is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Scrum) is a plus.
Preferred 5+ years experience on a marketing or project management team.
High attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details.
Attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ability to organize, track, and follow up on numerous details and projects.
Ability to delegate work to external content creators.
Ability to learn quickly, including creativity in problem‑solving and troubleshooting.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Able to bend, grasp, and reach.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds.Requires repetitive motions and sitting at a computer keyboard.
Able to hear and speak on the telephone.
Able to read, take notes, and view a computer monitor.
Able to conduct business with other Fuller offices.

Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards.
This position is available for remote work within the United States, subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary.
PayScale: Hourly rate the seminary expects to pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour.
