
Responsibilities
Execute performance and awareness marketing creative under the guidance of Design Leadership and marketing channel leads Design paid assets aimed at increasing ticket sales, brand awareness, and user engagement Create scalable creative systems and templates for league-wide and localized campaigns Support ticketing funnels with display ads, email creatives, landing page visuals, and retargeting assets Assist merchandise marketing efforts by designing promotional graphics for e-commerce, seasonal collections, and campaigns Ensure all creative work adheres to PLL brand standards while optimizing for performance metrics Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and merchandise teams to refine creative concepts based on campaign results Prepare final, production-ready files for digital, print, out-of-home, and large-format placements Requirements
2-4 years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Motion or lightweight animation skills for digital placements Strong eye for typography, color, and composition Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Solid understanding of digital media platforms including social media, websites, and apps Ability to work within established visual identity and brand standards Understanding of how design supports awareness, conversion, and revenue goals Preferred
