## Global Sales Compensation Director (Hybrid - Acton, MA)**Key Responsibilities****1) Strategic Governance**·

Lead **IC governance** meetings to ensure consistent stakeholder engagement and decision-making.·

Drive alignment of IC programs with broader organizational goals and priorities.·

Ensure governance cadence supports timely approvals, issue resolution, and proactive planning.**2) Process Optimization**·

Develop and implement scalable processes to meet strategic IC objectives through continuous improvement and innovation.·

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend enhancements and drive execution.·

Create repeatable workflows that support future growth and evolving business needs.**3) Standardization & Reporting**·

Implement documentation frameworks and standards to ensure IC program consistency across regions.·

Establish reporting structures that enable transparency, tracking, and governance oversight.·

Maintain clear program documentation, guidelines, and process artifacts for stakeholders and operating teams.**4) Cross-Functional Collaboration**·

Build strong partnerships across key stakeholder groups to support information sharing and problem solving.·

Coordinate inputs and decisions across regions to ensure consistency while enabling local business needs.·

Act as a central point of coordination for IC governance-related communication and alignment.**5) Field Compensation Expertise (Incentive Plan Design)**·

Provide expert guidance on **incentive plan design**, ensuring alignment with internal goals and external best practices.·

Advise on IC program structure, design principles, and governance requirements to improve effectiveness and clarity.·

Support both **US** and **international** regions with consistent expertise and standards.**Required Qualifications*** Demonstrated expertise in **Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation** within a **Total Rewards** or related function.* Experience building and operating **governance** routines and stakeholder forums for compensation programs.* Proven ability to develop, document, and scale **processes**, **standards**, and **reporting** frameworks.* Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without authority.* Ability to operate effectively in a global environment supporting **multiple regions**.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience supporting both **US** and **international** incentive compensation programs.* Background in compensation program documentation, reporting governance, and operational standardization.* Demonstrated success driving process innovation and continuous improvement in compensation operations.**Key Competencies*** **Strategic thinking** and governance leadership* **Process design** and operational rigor* **Standardization** mindset with strong documentation discipline* **Analytical** and reporting orientation* **Collaboration** and stakeholder management across functions and geographies* **Subject-matter credibility** in **field incentive compensation****Additional Information**·
