About The Opportunity This role is responsible for developing strategic product marketing plans for our Corporate Brand/s, working closely with senior stakeholders, regional teams, product, Brand Marketing & PR/Communications, Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, and Sales. The role crafts product/solution market-facing messaging and positioning to drive new customer sales, product adoption and retention. It guides insight-led product strategy and communicates market positioning, product messaging and competitive differentiation of our solutions to target audiences.

A key focus is to manage the process of bringing solutions to market, including crafting product positioning and messaging, GTM planning with associated activities, and ensuring all prospects and clients understand the offerings. The role aims to drive demand and usage of solutions and to ensure the voice of the customer is utilized within the full product lifecycle.

By creating & leveraging market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement, the role will be the expert in understanding client/customer personas, needs and buying criteria to guide the product roadmap.

The incumbent will collaborate with Brand Marketing & Communications, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product Managers, Subject Matter Owners, Implementation & Operations, and External Partners & Clients to launch new products and feature releases. The role leads the assigned product marketers to the brand portfolio, ensuring annual plans and performance align with Brand Business OKRs, and drives efficient ways of working aligned with FCTG values.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging:

Develop product positioning and messaging through market research and competitive analysis to differentiate solutions.

Sales & Marketing Tools:

Create collateral, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and training materials to communicate value propositions.

Product Launches & High-Value Releases:

Plan market launches with internal teams and external partners; manage GTM plan cross-functionally.

Communications:

Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Training, Operations, Enablement, Brand Marketing and PR to broadcast messaging.

Market Intelligence:

Be the expert on clients, buyer personas, buying criteria, and competitors.

Demand Generation:

Support Brand Marketing programs to create interest across market segments.

Industry Leadership:

Represent the company at industry events where appropriate.

Experience & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in mid - senior product marketing or related FCTG product/technology roles

Preference for experience in innovative technology organizations and SaaS

Strong understanding of the FCTG business model and product/technology areas

Experience in product lifecycle and customer lifecycle management and new product development methodologies

Experience in customer lifecycle marketing through digital touchpoints and marketing automation

Experience in preparing pitches for industry analysts and working with senior stakeholders in a sales/value-driven environment

Experience in analytics and insights; ability to use data to drive opportunities and improvements

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and influence senior stakeholders

Salary:

We anticipate offering an annual salary of

$150,000

base, dependent on experience and location.
