to join our New York City team and contribute to our goal of making a difference.
With us, you’ll be part of the next frontier in mental health care with an integrative treatment model and outcomes research approved by a third-party validated Institutional Review Board (IRB). We blend individualized therapy and skills coaching, hands‑on family work, group-based clinical support and a bustling community and social Clubhouse experience unseen elsewhere in our industry.

What You Will Do:
Own and execute core marketing initiatives that elevate dWELL Recovery’s brand, visibility, and impact across digital channels, partnerships, and community touchpoints.
Develop and guide strategic content and campaign efforts that communicate complex clinical work in clear, compelling, and accessible ways for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Create and manage branded, search‑optimized content including campaign copy, social media, website updates, blogs, case studies, and educational collateral.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, outreach, research, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and growth goals.
Plan, support, and project‑manage internal community events, external brand partnership events, and the development of on‑site and experiential marketing assets to support in‑person engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of cross‑channel campaigns using KPIs and analytic tools, translating insights into recommendations and improvements.
Research market trends, customer behavior, and the mental health treatment competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and inspire future efforts.
Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices to improve marketing workflows, data organization, and reporting across initiatives. Support with mentoring marketing interns, as needed.
What You Need to Qualify:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and self‑starter work style.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across audiences.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing data (i.e. from Google Analytics/Email or Social Insights) and derive strategic insights to inform decision‑making.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets/Docs/Slides/Drive) required.
Experience and comfort on a variety of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok and Facebook) and project management tools (Asana, CODA) and design tools (Canva, Figma).
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days onsite.
