R27607The **Manager, Patient Experience,** will lead a high-impact team focused on enhancing patient outcomes and driving hearing aid sales across the Beltone network. The role is critical in shaping and executing sales advisory strategies, mentoring team members, and standardizing best practices to ensure every clinic delivers an exceptional experience. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of sales performance, patient engagement, and team development.**Key Role Highlights:*** Develop and implement sales advisory practices that elevate team performance and clinic success.* Drive strategic initiatives to boost hearing aid sales, particularly in high priority underperforming clinics.* Analyze sales trends to recommend data-informed approaches for growth and efficiency.* Create, lead, mentor, and develop a team of Patient Success Advisors who are driven to lead by example whether that’s actively supporting patient evaluations, sales, and fittings, or training local staff to do so themselves.* Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.* Help manage team deployment, schedules, and budgets* Inspire a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high achievement.* Working with the Director of Patient Experience and your team, design and roll out standardized sales protocols, training content, and tools that reflect Beltone’s best practices.* Ensure consistent implementation across all clinics to enhance both sales effectiveness and patient satisfaction.* Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to align on patient journey enhancements.* Leverage internal data and insights to identify friction points and opportunities for sales process improvement.* Contribute to the evolution of systems, tools, and internal programs that support sales excellence.* Serve as a trusted leader who brings vision, energy, and clarity to the team’s mission.* Make strategic decisions that reflect both short-term needs and long-term organizational goals.* Champion a patient-first mindset while balancing business growth and operational priorities.* Find ways to bring experience improvements to other areas of the business**Required Education (if necessary):*** BSc. in business or sales related field.* Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of experience in sales management, ideally within the healthcare, hearing care, or medical device industry.* Demonstrated success in coaching and leading teams to exceed sales targets.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.* Experience developing training content, protocols, or sales enablement tools.**Travel:** 75%**Join us!**Beltone welcomes applicants who are committed to enhancing the hearing care sector.
