learn all current and future internal content tools and use them for client campaigns, owned-brand campaigns, and exploratory campaigns for new potential opportunities. Your focus will be on optimizing the deployment of our tools to deliver as much traffic as possible to the intended destination. help to manage the existing remote content team, hire and train new members, analyze campaign data, and write reports on your progress and findings. Essentially, we are looking for someone creative enough to make or at least identify and understand good organic content, but primarily focused on thinking analytically and optimizing content for performance. Experience monetizing traffic on social media (brand deal on a personal social media account, success on TikTok shop, affiliate revenue of any kind, etc.) Experience growing organic social media accounts Experience with successfully running paid ads Experience with SEO optimization Experience with data analysis
