Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end organic social and content marketing strategy across all platforms. Define and evolve Bask & Lather’s social content framework. Education, storytelling, culture, community, and conversion. Serve as the steward of brand voice, tone, and point of view across every social touchpoint. Translate business goals, launches, and cultural moments into cohesive content strategies. Anticipate risks and proactively guide messaging, moderation standards, and response strategy. Lead ideation, planning, and execution of social-first campaigns, launches, and key moments. Develop social narratives that resonate culturally while supporting brand and business objectives. Own campaign execution from concept through post-mortem analysis. Requirements
5+ years of social media and content marketing experience for consumer, beauty, lifestyle, or cultural brands. Strong portfolio showing campaign-level thinking, storytelling, and creative direction. Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership preferred. Strong creative point of view beyond trends. Proven ability to develop brand narratives and campaign storytelling. Excellent copy instincts and visual judgment. Comfortable directing content and appearing on camera when needed.
