We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns that deliver a cohesive, consistent experience across every customer touchpoint.
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with a strong operational mindset, technical fluency, and a passion for customer-centric storytelling and experimentation. You’ll serve as the connective tissue across marketing teams, ensuring messaging, timing, and execution are aligned to drive measurable business impact.
Location
Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA
Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays
Ability to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate traveling for field marketing events.
About the Role – Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated campaign planning from strategy through execution and optimization
Partner with content, product marketing, demand gen, lifecycle, sales and external partners and vendors to deliver unified campaigns
Translate business and GTM objectives into integrated campaign briefs and timelines
Own campaign messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across channels
Review content for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, typos, and punctuation issues to ensure all communications are error-free.
Coordinate channel execution across email, web, paid media, social, events, and sales enablement
Track campaign performance and report on KPIs such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI
Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance based on data and insights
About You – Essential Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, performance marketing or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience supporting sales‑led or hybrid GTM motions and familiarity with ABM and multi‑touch attribution models
Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives in a global, multi‑language environment
Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent project management skills
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Salary Range
$117,000 – $130,000 per year
