JOB TITLE Employee Relations Continuous Improvement Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to visualize employee sentiment trends, including heat maps and intuitive formats that highlight problem areas and emerging themes.
Analyze survey data and feedback to identify patterns, connect insights to current sentiment, and build a cohesive storyline that supports leadership dialogue and decision‑making.
Generate monthly reports that synthesize key findings into actionable insights, ensuring clarity and executive‑readiness.
Translate complex data and ER topics into clear, consumable content for both leadership and employees, including guides, infographics, visual summaries, and quick‑reference job aids.
Ensure all content reflects ER’s messaging standards, tone, and visual identity.
Partner with ER Planning and ER Operations to understand content needs and timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve how ER information is communicated and accessed across the organization.
Standardized templates, visual tools, and communication formats to increase clarity and reduce redundancy.
Recommend enhancements to workflows, processes, and documentation based on data, user feedback, and observed gaps.
Support rollout of ER initiatives by producing supporting materials and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree
Majors in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Minimum three (3) years of experience with strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Preferred:
HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred.
Graphic design certificate or experience in leadership training preferred.
Work experience in automotive industry
