Where you will work: Opportunity offers the flexibility to work from your home office or a nearby Astound office, or a combination of both. A Day in the Life of the Senior Sales Manager

Team Leadership

Recruit, hire, and onboard new door‑to‑door sales representatives Assign territories and sales quotas to each team member Provide ongoing training and development on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve sales skills Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer demographics Set sales targets and track progress against goals Monitor sales trends and identify areas for improvement Create and maintain sales pipelines to ensure consistent lead generation Operational Management

Ensure compliance with all company policies, sales regulations, and ethical standards Monitor team performance metrics like conversion rates, product mix, and customer satisfaction Address customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently Field Coaching and Support

Accompany sales representatives on field visits to provide coaching and feedback on sales presentations and customer interactions Identify areas where individual sales reps need additional training and provide targeted support Role‑play sales scenarios to enhance sales skills and confidence Actively support, promote and advance all aspects of Astound's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals and initiatives, creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard and empowered to do their best work Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table

Five or more years of leadership/management experience Experience in direct sales, customer service, telecommunications, real estate or related industries is preferred Experience working with realtors and property management firms is preferred Exceptional leadership skills Ability to successfully manage others Resourceful Possess solid negotiation skills Outstanding business acumen Good at managing deadlines Excels at building relationships Must be well organized Must be a strong team player Ability to work independently and with other internal stakeholders, including marketing, construction, operation teams and commercial sales Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills are essential Ability to travel within the markets as needed Ability to build strategic sales plans Education

High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Benefits

Base salary range in Washington for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 annually plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. Commissions at full attainment can be up to $75,000 annually. EEO Statement
