
The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist provides web design, marketing and public relations support across E.V. Bishoff Company’s four markets – Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities
Ability to create and edit floor plans.
Creates and maintains a monthly marketing calendar.
Maintains and creates Google Ads/follows analytics.
Creates, implements and maintains monthly marketing campaigns for numerous company properties and office space.
Tracks monthly leads for each campaign and reports information to the president.
Creates and distributes monthly marketing collateral including but not limited to newsletters, email blasts, direct mailers, brochures.
Creates databases and updates sales board.
Coordinates the writing and distribution of press releases and press kits.
Maintains media contacts and builds and relationships with important media and blogger contacts.
Produces/designs/creates leasing and event-related marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, postcards/mailers, mass e-mails, custom maps, invitations, and additional graphic productions as required.
Maintains the company's websites using WIX.
Utilizes contact database to prospect sales and assist in event planning.
Coordinates and manages administrative functions related to special events.
Coordinates company social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
Create training videos using Adobe Audition or comparable program and adding to YouTube channel.
Establishes leasing leads while marketing property amenities.
Other duties may be assigned.
