Event Producer (d/w/m)
to join our crew. This role is key in the successful delivery of HYROX Events in North America, supporting in planning, logistics, and on-site management. As our Event Producer you will be central to ensuring our events are executed with precision, enhancing the HYROX brand and delivering exceptional experiences for our participants and spectators. The role requires being available to work onsite for all of our North American events, which will be approximately 14 events per season. YOUR TASKS
Logistics & On-Site Management:
Develop and implement logistics plans, supervise event setup and teardown, coordinate with production teams and vendors, and manage infrastructure placement. Team & Communication:
Lead and mentor logistics staff, ensure smooth communication among stakeholders, and coordinate travel and accommodation for the crew. Inventory & Budget:
Maintain accurate records of truck and warehouse inventory for timely replenishment, and monitor and manage event budgets. Safety & Compliance:
Oversee on-site safety, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with Health & Safety Advisors. Operational Support:
Attend meetings and site visits, support freelance recruitment, and gather post-event feedback for continuous improvement. Equipment Quality:
Prepare the North American roadshow(s) between seasons to ensure high equipment quality for upcoming events.
YOUR PROFILE
3+ years in event operations or logistics coordination, preferably in an international environment. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive; experience with AutoCAD is desirable. Fluent English skills, additional languages are a plus. Proven experience in managing teams, with strong communication and mentoring abilities. A collaborative attitude and ability to work within a small, committed team. Exceptional time management, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work calmly under pressure. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to assess situations, make informed decisions, be creative and innovative, and adapt plans as needed. Additional Skills: Driver’s license, forklift/scissor lift license, first aid certificate. Willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours, including weekends and nights, is mandatory. We are a small team and there will be tasks that fall outside of the above key responsibilities. A keen interest in sports and a passion for event management. WHAT WE OFFER
