Pay $85K - $95K annual base salary plus commission.
About this Job This role needs a self‑driven go‑getter with 3‑5 years of successful sales history. You will hunt and cultivate commercial businesses in the Central Atlantic area, including Frederick, Howard, Montgomery counties, parts of Northern Virginia and South Central Pennsylvania. Company vehicle provided. Live in the 50‑mile radius sales territory. Learn and maintain a CRM to build genuine and lasting client partnerships in a company built on an exceptional customer service model.
Best Candidates Will Have
Experience building your own pipeline of prospects
Demonstrated experience in identifying and providing solutions to C‑level decision makers
Experience nurturing relationships through the sales cycle
Track record of closing new contracts by identifying opportunities, providing solutions, and overcoming objections
Experience as a community networker who enjoys meeting and connecting with people through Chamber, Rotary and/or leads groups
Live in the 50‑mile radius sales territory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
