This role ensures loyalty and digital products are clearly positioned, effectively marketed, and fully integrated into enterprise marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager partners closely with product and channel teams but owns the marketing narrative, go-to-market planning, and performance outcomes.Core Competencies* Customer focused* Results oriented* Growth mindset* ProfessionalReporting RelationsAccountable and Reports to: Director, Marketing Strategy & PlanningPositions that Report to This Role: NonePrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Positioning* Owns the marketing strategy for loyalty and digital experiences, ensuring clear value propositions and customer-centric messaging.* Translate enterprise and brand strategies into actionable marketing plans for loyalty benefits, digital coupons, mobile app and website features.* Ensure loyalty and digital products are consistently and effectively represented across all marketing touchpointsIntegrated Marketing Planning* Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning for loyalty and digital initiatives.* Build integrated campaign plans that align loyalty and digital priorities with broader brand, promotional, and merchandising strategies.* Partner with channel owners to active campaigns across email, app, web, paid media, and in-store environments.Campaign Development & Execution* Brief creative teams on messaging, customer insights, and success metrics.* Oversee campaign development from concept through launch, ensuring quality, clarity, and brand alignment.* Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination to deliver campaigns on schedule.Performance Management & Optimization* Define marketing KPIs related to awareness, adoption, engagement, and incremental value.* Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.* Apply test-and-learn methodologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.Stakeholder Partnership* Serve as the primary marketing partner for loyalty and digital product teams.* Communicate marketing plans, results, and insights to Director, Marketing Strategy & Planning and other business leaders.* Influence cross-functional priorities by representing the customer and marketing perspective.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics* Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment* Excellent leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines* Experience in campaign design and management* Strong project management skillsExperience and EducationBachelor’s degree in marketing preferred. At least five years of experience in Marketing experience.Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct Reports):NonePhysical Requirements* This position may require some traveling and overnight stays.* Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction* Must be physically able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects as well as perform sedentary work* Must be able to perform the following physical activities: kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.Working ConditionsThe duties of this position are performed in a general office setting.
