Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Telephone Marketing Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, present product information clearly, and help generate sales through confident and professional phone communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls using a provided call list to promote products and services
Answer inbound calls from interested prospects
Follow provided scripts to explain product features, pricing, and benefits
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
