Director Growth & Demand Generation – Philadelphia, PA The Director, Growth & Demand Generation plays a critical role in driving full‑funnel marketing programs that contribute directly to qualified pipeline and revenue across our global B2B portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing demand generation activities across a core region portfolio, while also acting as the leader across regional growth and demand hubs to ensure performance, consistency, scalability, and effectiveness of global acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of scalable demand generation frameworks and campaign strategies across a portfolio of B2B brands, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

Provide strategic direction to regional brand teams on program execution and channel activation.
