About the Role:
As the Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships, you will leverage business partnerships to deliver impact for children. You will lead a team to raise $20M+ in annual revenue, develop strategic corporate relationships, and represent Save the Children on global panels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Accounts (40%)
• Drive high-value global partnerships generating $10M+ per year. • Set measurable objectives and KPIs. • Grow executive engagement and partner governance.
Deliver Revenue and Impact (35%)
• Mentor a team of 2–3 direct reports. • Create innovative partnership propositions. • Oversee partner planning, prospecting and contract negotiation.
Global Coordination (15%)
• Represent the Corporate Partnerships team on global steering groups. • Share global propositions to grow accounts across portfolios.
External Visibility (10%)
• Secure speaking engagements, social media posts and publications that highlight Save the Children’s leadership.
Required Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience building deep 7–8-figure partnerships in consulting, agency or corporate fundraising.
Ability to navigate complex contracts and provide technical partnership advice.
Experience working with senior corporate executives.
Excellent communication and collaboration at all levels.
Commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Strong managerial and leadership skills to drive team results.
Self-starter and business builder.
Proficiency in MS Office, English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social impact, tech sector or financial institutions.

Compensation
Geo 1 (US high cost areas):
$143,650 – $160,550 base salary.
Geo 2 (US national average):
$130,900 – $146,300 base salary.
Geo 3 (US lower cost):
$116,875 – $130,625 base salary.
Salary ranges are for US-based candidates. Non‑US candidates will receive local salary based on the local employer of record.
