This position will be based onsite in Chaska, MN. If hired into this role, you will act as a key team member for our North American Product Management team through supporting growth activities within our Fluid Management and Instrumentation product portfolio. This role will also include partnering with our global sales team to support business development in the European market by providing market analysis, managing forecasts, and executing initiatives that meet revenue and customer experience goals./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliPartner with regional sales teams to develop growth strategies and promotional initiatives to meet revenue objectives and expand market share./liliEngage the sales forecasting process and track against target./liliSupport achievement of Customer Experience Index (CXI) targets and lead key account plan execution to drive satisfaction and growth./liliEngage key customers through VOC, TRMs, and relationship management to strengthen partnerships and gather actionable insights./liliProvide operational and strategic support to Business Unit Product Managers./liliPrepare regular revenue reports for leadership and key stakeholders./liliAssist Business Unit Product Managers by coordinating the change management process, ensuring changes are properly managed in the system and communicated effectively to the market./liliAlign cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Sales and Quality to resolve risks and blockers, and to drive fast, effective executions./li/ulh3What We Seek/h3ulli3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related field./liliA Bachelors Degree in a related field./liliProven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals./liliA self starter who can develop plans, effectively prioritize, and meet goals in a fast-paced environment./liliStrong business acumen and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and develop sound options./liliStrong analytical mindset as proven through analyzing industry trends and aligning market insights with business objectives to support informed decision-making and drive growth./liliExperience in product management or related function within a manufacturing industry highly desired./liliExperience with SAP is a plus./liliExperience working in cross-cultural environment; prior experience with a multi-national company is desirable./liliAbility to travel up to 10% of time./li/ulh3Why Work At Entegris?/h3pLead.
