Own long-term customer relationships and annual renewals Lead renewal, save, and expansion conversations with senior marketing stakeholders Analyze account engagement and usage data to proactively manage retention risk Support customers with performance marketing strategy and execution Build systems, workflows, and playbooks for account management from the ground up Partner cross-functionally with operations and customer success leadership Head Of Account Management Requirements

Proven experience closing deals and managing commercial conversations Deep expertise in digital or performance marketing Background in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital agencies Comfort operating in a startup environment with minimal structure Strong analytical and relationship-management skills Head Of Account Management Nice To Haves

Early-stage startup experience Experience working directly with marketing teams on campaign execution Location: New York preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
