Job Summary The Business Development Associate will perform outbound sales, qualify opportunities, and build lasting broker relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, a goal-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns

Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies

Represent NIP Group professionally to build lasting relationships

Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records

Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets

Support broader marketing and sales initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience:

Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience); Salesforce/CRM familiarity; insurance or financial products background a plus

Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills

Confidence and assertiveness in client conversations

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

$42,500–$96,500 annual salary
