Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is a dynamic and growing national law firm seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join its collaborative marketing team in Florham Park, NJ headquarters. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements are available.

The position provides broad exposure to firmwide initiatives while offering hands-on experience supporting marketing operations, events, and business development efforts.
Position Overview
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing team to support and coordinate day-to-day marketing, communications, and business development activities. The role emphasizes administrative support, project coordination, calendaring, and logistics, while also providing access to strategic marketing and business development initiatives across the firm. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing administrative and project coordination support to the overall Marketing team and the firm’s attorneys Managing calendars, deadlines, and tracking tools for marketing initiatives, awards submissions, sponsorships, and events Assisting with the planning and execution of in-person events, client programs, conferences, and webinars, including logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, materials, and follow-up Supporting research and logistical oversight for external events, sponsorship opportunities, and conferences Supporting new hire and attorney onboarding initiatives, including maintaining onboarding checklists and coordinating marketing-related setup Assisting with pitch materials, proposals, and responses to RFPs, as needed Supporting digital communications initiatives, including basic content coordination and social media posting as needed Maintaining and updating internal trackers, databases, and marketing files Assisting with awards and rankings research, calendaring deadlines, proofreading submissions and tracking outcomes Supporting press releases and marketing collateral, as needed Collaborating with marketing colleagues and law professionals across practices and offices Assisting with additional marketing, communications, and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills
The candidate is a motivated, highly organized professional who Interest in all aspects of marketing, communications, and business development within a professional services environment Must display integrity, impeccable service, and a "can-do" attitude Provide consistent, thorough, thoughtful, and high-quality work under tight deadlines Solid written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills that allow for working with a variety of personalities and with all levels of the organization Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Comfortable taking directions while also working independently on assigned tasks Positive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take initiative on new projects Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Professional presence and demeanor to represent the marketing team and the Firm High level of creativity, organization, attention to detail and follow-through Education & Experience
1-3 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing and business development role, preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required Familiarity with AP Style, digital marketing tools, or PR databases is a plus, but not required Prior internship or administrative experience in marketing, communications, events, or professional services is helpful but not required Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000. The salary range does not guarantee, obligate, nor set expectations of an applicant’s salary in the event of hire. Actual compensation will depend upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications and skill set.
