You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support. We are seeking a customer-focused and empathetic team member with potential for internal growth, especially for driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS
