Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is searching for a Marketing & Events Manager for our Memphis, TN office. The successful Marketing & Events Manager will have full responsibility related to planning and executing corporate events from start to finish and managing marketing collateral to support Meyer Utility Structures goals and brand identity.

What You’ll Do:
Successfully plan and execute a range of corporate events, such as conferences, trade shows, seminars, product launches, ribbon‑cutting ceremonies, executive meetings, team‑building activities, and holiday parties from start to finish
Develop event concepts and themes that closely align with company goals and brand identity, maintaining detailed project timelines to ensure successful event delivery
Research, select, and manage relationships with vendors (caterers, decorators, A/V technicians) and negotiate contracts to keep costs within budget
Analyze event success by gathering feedback from clients and attendees, and prepare reports on outcomes
Remain current with industry trends and consistently incorporate innovative ideas into the event planning process
Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets to ensure cost‑effectiveness and adherence to quality standards
Order and manage the inventory of all marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, business cards, trade show materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and track usage patterns across various collateral types
Distribute materials to sales directors and manufacturing sites as needed, ensuring all items align with current brand guidelines and messaging
Maintain a digital asset library to ensure version control and easy access to marketing materials
Support sales teams by providing customized materials tailored to specific prospects, accounts, or events, tracking collateral effectiveness and return on investment where applicable
Manage company social media accounts to highlight events, engage with the community, and promote upcoming initiatives
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field
3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a similar role
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
Familiarity with CRM or email marketing software
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to travel up to 25%
