SUPPORTING SALES THROUGH VISUAL TOOLS THAT WOW OUR REPS + CUSTOMERS the Opportunity: The Marketing Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our marketing and sales teams through visual sell tools, signage, and event-ready assets that help our brands stand out. This Marketing position partners closely with Sales and internal teams to design, manage, and deliver visual materials and signage used at trade shows, rep shows, in-store retail environments, and events nationwide. It has become our in-house signage and visual support expert, owning projects from concept to completion, ensuring everything is on-brand, accurate, and ready before it ships. Ideal for someone who enjoys design, collaboration, takes pride in organization and execution, and finds energy in seeing their work come to life in real selling environments. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p or 9a-5p Onsite or Hybrid Wage: $19-24/hr Typical Day (Job Functions)

Collaborate closely with Brand Management and other Marketing team members to ensure sales visuals and signage align with brand standards, seasonal priorities, and business objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for sales-related visual and signage requests. Take a consultative approach to incoming requests by assessing true needs, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions that best support selling goals and timelines. Design signage, lifestyle visuals, display graphics, and digital assets primarily using Adobe Creative Suite to support sales and events. Manage projects using internal workflows and project management tools (such as Monday.com or similar platforms) to track requests, approvals, accuracy, timelines, and delivery status. Coordinate cross-functionally to proactively manage dependencies, approvals, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all visual assets. Partner with the Sticker Team and internal production teams to ensure designs are accurately queued, reviewed, approved, and produced according to agreed-upon timelines. Review and prepare signage to ensure brand standards, accuracy, and quality prior to shipping. Support national and regional trade shows, rep shows, and internal events with signage and visual materials. Assist with primary trade shows (Surf Expo, Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show specifically) and event layout planning to evaluate signage needs, placement, and primary trade show planograms using Adobe Creative Suite. Create visual sell tools that support presentations and in-person selling. Collaborate with Customer Service as needed to support customer-specific requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience from request through delivery. Evaluate existing tools and processes to drive Continuous Improvement and greater efficiency. Skills (Qualifications)

2-4 year college degree preferred, but not required. 1-3 years' experience formally or informally working in sales, marketing or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong eye for layout, design composition, and visual storytelling. Experience with signage, displays, or large-format graphics is a plus. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Collaborative working style with comfort partnering across departments. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
