divh2Effluent Solutions Sr. Global Account Manager/h2pThe Effluent Solutions Global Account Manager (ES GAM) will support the development and growth of the Effluent Solutions (ES) portfolio within the Food Beverage Global Solutions (FBGS) customer base with an initial focus on North America (NAM) and Latin America (LAM) Regions. The ES GAM will partner with the assigned Enterprise GAMs (Global Account Manager) and together will drive consistent growth of the business while developing a long-term collaboration with the key assigned customers. Develop a relationship strategy unique to each customer based on current and future needs./liliServe as point of customer contact for ES to meet customers needs and improve the overall customer experience./liliBuild a consistent FBGS pipeline of opportunities/liliTrack ES sales linked to the assigned accounts./liliCoordinate the commercial and financial reviews of each ES opportunity and secure Ecolabs Leadership approval./liliSecure the Commercial and Engineering Regional support for each of the major customers initiatives identified./liliProvide support to Regional Engineering organizations for the qualification of external engineering partners (solution providers)./li/ulpPosition Details:/pulliCandidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to a geography near a major US airport/lili50% overnight travel may be required, including global travel/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/lili10 years of executive sales experience/liliWastewater treatment or specialty chemical industry experience/liliPosition requires a current and valid drivers license/liliDemonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospecting/liliNo Immigration Sponsorship available/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial)/liliExperience in the Food Beverage sector/liliExperience in global, matrixed organization/li/ulpPhysical Demands:/ppDrive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle)/ppAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range/ppThe base salary range for this position is $144,800.00 - $217,200.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms.
