ProSidian seeks an Entry Level Call Center Agent for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC, across the Mid Atlantic region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Call Center Agent functional area professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Call Center Agent) in the Government and Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world). Responsibilities and duties include: Answer inbound calls and resolve issues. Document call details and outcomes. Escalate complex cases to supervisors. Desired qualifications for Entry Level Call Center Agent candidates: Customer service or call center experience preferred. Education/experience requirements/qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Skills required: Communication, listening, problem-solving. Competencies required: Patience, empathy, adaptability. Ancillary details of the roles: May be assigned specific account portfolios. Uses CRM systems for case management. Other details: Works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
