We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer: Level II to join our growing healthcare team. This role supports master planning, site planning, conceptual design, and production of construction documents. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to contribute to complex, multi phase projects. What You’ll Do
Develop creative design concepts and architectural solutions Prepare Revit models, drawings, and construction documents Assist with programming, site planning, and zoning/code analysis Support 2D/3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations Participate in client discussions and incorporate design feedback Support construction administration tasks (shop drawings, RFIs, Sis, submittals) Coordinate with engineering consultants and project team members Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative design culture What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 5+ years of architectural design experience 3+ years of experience working in healthcare outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, or in-patient units Strong Revit and AutoCAD Architecture skills Experience with site planning and zoning analysis Ability to manage multiple project tasks independently Excellent communication, problem solving, and design skills Bonus Points:
Experience with Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite LEED or WELL credentials Why You’ll Love Working Here
