Retail duties will include replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor, changing and maintaining displays, and helping to keep store neat and clean. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. The Customer Service Rep position requires a demonstration of competence in cashiering. Must be willing to be flexible in work assignments to satisfy store needs. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail operations, as directed. Duties include, but are not limited to:/pulliEnsures guest service standards are met./liliUtilizes the Guest Ready book to help keep the store clean and organized./liliAcknowledges and greets guests who come within 10 feet./liliAsks guests to Round-Up to generate funds to support programs./liliAccurately processes guest merchandise-return transactions./liliWitnesses Team Member purchases, according to policy./liliCompletes quarterly Safety Analysis./liliMonitors potential safety hazards, reports them, and helps correct them./liliAssists with Asset Protection measures by acknowledging guests and alerting supervisors/managers of suspicious behaviors./liliApplies Guest Service standards; providing clean and organized work area at check stands./liliDemonstrates reliability, communicates constructively, listens actively, and shares willingly with the team./li/ulpRequirements/pulliKnowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making./liliAbility to work with people having different abilities./liliAble to perform repetitive tasks independently./liliKnowledge of current trends helpful./liliMust be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
