This role works closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, support solution configuration, and ensure successful user adoption within healthcare and life sciences environments./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliElicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders./liliTranslate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria./liliDesign, configure, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Health Cloud or Veeva CRM./liliDevelop and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes./liliCollaborate with developers to guide the development of custom Apex scripting and Lightning components./liliCreate and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical designs./liliFacilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements./liliProvide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features and processes./liliAct as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva CRM./li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field./lili3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem./liliProven hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva CRM./liliProficiency in building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flows./liliAbility to read, understand, and troubleshoot Apex code.
