Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop Finance Managers across multiple dealerships Ensure compliance with lender programs, state and federal regulations, and company policies Maximize finance penetration, product sales, and overall profitability Establish and monitor key performance metrics across all rooftops Partner with senior leadership to set goals, implement processes, and maintain accountability Qualifications: Required:
