What You’ll Build
As a visionary and strategic Head of Product Management for SAP Build, you will lead the evolution of SAP’s premier platform for application development, automation, and engagement. You will define and execute product strategy with a strong focus on Suite‑first integration and AI‑first innovation, including advanced Agentic AI capabilities that deliver seamless experiences for developers and business users. Your leadership will drive strategic replatforming initiatives (e.g., ARIBA Nexus, SuccessFactors transformation) and safeguard SAP’s core business applications against emerging competition with hyperscalers and AI‑native platforms.
What You Bring
- Proven product management experience (10+ years) in enterprise software or platform development.
- Deep expertise in AI‑driven strategies, business modeling, and customer‑centric innovation.
- Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills, having led globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Track record of execution excellence and deep knowledge in AI, App Dev, automation, and platform technologies such as CAP, Mobile, SAPUI5, Automation and Workflow.

SAP Build PM is a global team driving collaboration across engineering, design & field teams. We run via the Harmonized Product Operating Model, are passionate about cross‑team enablement, customer engagement formats, and OKR‑based planning led by GM and Head of PM.
Compensation
Targeted combined range for this position is 22,0200 - 609,200 (USD) USD.
